Studio Legale Amministrativisti Associati was founded in 2008 by two high profile lawyers in the field of administrative law, following a partnerships of nearly twenty years with major law firms: Guido Bardelli, a renowned expert in urban planning law, and Maria Alessandra Bazzani, with an in-depth knowledge of public procurement, construction and litigation.<\/p>\n

In January 2018 a new partner of primary importance joins the team: Ada Lucia De Cesaris. She has in an in-depth knowledge of issues pertaining the environment and urban planning, and is back to a law firm at the end of her appointment as Vice Mayor of the City of Milan and urban planning councillor.<\/p>\n

Marta Spaini joined the firm as partner in March 2019; this has considerably strengthened and completed the skills of the Firm in the field of Urban Planning, especially on an international level.<\/p>\n

Overall, the Firm now has three partners, ten professionals of different seniority and three employees with secretarial and administrative roles.<\/p>\n\r\n<\/div>\r\r\n\r\r\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The specialization in the most relevant areas of administrative law (urban planning, construction, procurement, trade, environment, regulatory, independent authorities) is completed by a consolidated knowledge of the procedures followed by public bodies, thanks to the experience acquired by our lawyers through internships and collaborations carried out with various public bodies. The constant update on the jurisprudential guidelines also allows the Firm to assist its clients also in litigation before the Regional Administrative Courts, the Council of State, the Court of Cassation, the Court of Auditors and in arbitration proceedings.<\/p>\n

Our expertise also includes environmental protection (including reclamation procedures and any related litigation), energy and private contracts, with specific reference to procurement and sale contracts.<\/p>\n

Amministrativisti Associati has been cooperating for many years with public and private institutions operating in the field of the protection of vulnerable individuals, as well as with associations active in the fields of social solidarity and bodies protecting cultural heritage. We carry out our free of charge activities in coordination with these institutions, believing that the protection of the principles of law also requires a commitment to solidarity.
