As a result of the audit on the path taken, our firm was granted certification renewal in May 2025. This recognition confirms the firm's ongoing commitment to adopting development and human resources management strategies capable of promoting and improving a culture of diversity, equality and inclusion.<\/p>\n<p>This significant achievement has allowed, on the one hand, an in-depth evaluation of the internal practices adopted by the firm and, on the other hand, the identification of new areas for improvement. Through this management model, the results already achieved will therefore be maintained, but new objectives to be achieved will also be developed in order to further consolidate a culture based on respect for human rights and the enhancement of diversity. All of the above by adapting a system currently designed mainly for companies to the specificities of a law firm.<\/p>\n<p>For this reason a Steering Committee was appointed within the firm including Avv. Marta Spaini, Avv. Francesco Naccari Milana and Mrs. Loredana Airoldi for the effective adoption, implementation and continuous application of the policy for gender equality and all related policies and procedures.<\/p>\n<p>We are certain that our experience can also be an inspiration for other law firms and a positive model for the sector so that each individual can express their diversities and, with them, also contributing to the success of the organization. In fact, we believe it is essential to consolidate a culture of acceptance and inclusion in the legal field and, at the same time, to promote women\u2019s empowerment, a fair allocation of roles and responsibilities and a work-life balance that respects the needs of all those who work in the firm.
