System Certification for Gender Equality
AMMLEX has decided to start the process to obtain the System Certification for Gender Equality, in compliance with UNI / Pdr 125: 2022.
We are in fact convinced that this is an important path for the correct review of working conditions also with regard to law firms, not only for employees but also for the many colleagues who work for the team and in the team, and an example for the younger ones approaching our profession.
The Certification evaluates the actual equality conditions and is an incentive for growth and improvement of the professional activity, placing the quality of working conditions on the same level as the importance of the quantity of "work".
For this reason, we publish herein our gender equality policy and we are available to discuss this very interesting experience.
