Guido Bardelli

Founder and Partner

 

Guido Bardelli is a cassation lawyer and has extensive experience specifically with regard to urban planning, construction and public procurement, both through consultancy activities to public bodies and to private (including international) subjects, and through assistance with any related disputes before TAR and the Council of State.

His activity especially focuses on territorial zoning. Specifically, he carries out legal consultancy services for the drafting and negotiation of complex urban plans and programs, in the redevelopment and recovery procedures for degraded buildings and abandoned areas. He has been a legal consultant in a many urban-building development projects aimed at establishing residential, commercial, office and hospitality functions.

He has followed many social housing operations mainly in the city of Milan, acquiring specific experience in the agreement procedures for social housing and university residences.

After his law degree with Università degli Studi di Milano, he cooperated with Prof. Valerio Onida and Guido Greco and, subsequently, has been partner of leading international law firms.
